Depends a lot on what you're actually trying to track. If it's occupancy and ADR benchmarks by neighborhood, most hosts I know have moved away from the big platforms that charge a fortune for dashboards you only need once a month. For raw comp data and market-level trends, Nightlydata has been worth the look, especially for smaller operators who can't justify enterprise pricing. The real edge isn't the data itself though, it's knowing which metrics actually move your revenue. Seasonality curves and lead time patterns matter more than obsessing over your star rating. What market are you in? Some of these tools have much better coverage in certain metros than others.
